Please check his chat history, he literally spams victory every 20 seconds. I understand about soundsoff but most others dont and he was driving everyone crazy for multiple maps after we asked him to stop multiple times.

I don't normally show this much kindness, I waited until he spammed and then kicked him, hoping he would right his ways, but I ultimately had to give him a 1 week ban.

"Victory" is probably the loudest non admin sound available. I think the volume should be turned down, or the sound timer should be cranked up. Or maybe the sound could be removed entirely, if thats the easier choice.

Back to mic spamming Victory again, also teams shooting repeatedly, amx_kick, then 2 hour ban.
